PineApple Upside-Down Bundt Cake <– direct link to recipe
To celebrate Father’s Day, I made my first ever Pineapple upside-down cake. I used a recipe by Betty Crocker using a bundt pan. It was really easy to make and turned out well, even though I didn’t have enough pineapple slices. I didn’t realize that the small can only contained 4 slices. But all-in-all I’m quite happy with my 1st effort and I intend to make another someday in the future.
Thankfully, my Husband & Grandson really enjoyed it and that’s what matters most. 🙂
The one thing that I would do differently is:
I would use a large can of pineapple slices.
If you try the recipe, let me know how you like it.
Have a sweet rest of the week.
😀
Oh, that would have been a hit at our house! Hubby loves “Pineapple Upside Downwards Cake”! It looks delicious!

We had over half a cake left so I would have happily shared with you two. 🙂

Your cake looks beautiful and I imagine it was delicious too! I like to use drained crushed pineapple; seems more likely that every slice will have pineapple on it.

That’s such a great idea., I wish I could’ve thought of it, I have 2 small cans of crushed pineapples on the shelf. I’m going to write that on my recipe so I won’t forget next time.
Now I want to go make another one just to use the crushed. lol
Thanks again 🙂

The cake looks delicious. Pineapple Upside Down Cake is one of my husband’s favorite cakes–but I seldom make it. I’ll have to try this recipe.

The bundt pan was what caught my attention to the recipe. It just looks so festive and tasty , more-so than just a regular flat upside-down cake.
I hope you’ll give the recipe a try. 🙂
