This is a crop from a photo showing the Sun at the edge of a passing storm.

Don’t mind the bugs and the dirt, I took this photo with a mobile phone held up to our car’s front windshield. It was such an amazing showy sky that I couldn’t resist.

I thought I’d also post another crop from the original that shows some amazing clouds above the edge of the storm.9-14-2016-2

  3. What a lovely sky! It seems the sky likes to put on its best performances when we are in the car and do not really have much of an opportunity to get photos of it. I myself have quite a few photos of the sky taken through the car windows and windshield lol.

      It’s just to hard to resist taking photos of gorgeous clouds even through windshields. I’m glad mine turned out as well as it did. I think the skies know which of us are looking up with a camera at hand and they enjoy putting on a show when it’s most inconvenient for us. lol 🙂
