I had to laugh when I read your response to my question. I never would have guessed that it was a bean plant. I just googled sweet pea and it says that is an annual plant. So I don’t think that’s what I have. Mine comes up every year–and spreads like crazy. It has just finished blooming, and then will die down until next spring. Someday, I’ll figure out what it is. 🙂

You sound like me. There’s several times I’ve mistaken plants like that. The blooms of vegetables can be as lovely as any flower.
It sounds like a very hardy perennial, I hope you find out what it is and will come back by and let me know. You’ve got me curious. 🙂
