I’ve been in the mood to try my hand at painting a picture. Painting pictures isn’t something I ever spent much time on. I planned to make an all-painted 8×10 picture of looking out of a window and seeing a snowman. Simple, right?…
By-the-time I got the snowman and tree painted, my creative instincts took over and got out of hand. This picture became a mixed medium piece of art; canvas, acrylic paints, gold trim, wood and polymer clay charms.
My husband thinks my picture is pretty and cheerful. I’m so happy that it turned out so well.

I’m there with you. I always want at least one good snow, but only on the weekend when we don’t have to be out driving anywhere and then I want it gone by Monday morning… However, I rarely get what I want on that. 😉
