Bias crochet blanket update

I’m still enjoying this crochet pattern. This past weekend, I was happy when I reached the half-way point. Okay, I must admit that it wouldn’t have taken so long, but I decided to add 15 inches to the blanket. I did the math and the 2 skeins of yarn that I originally purchased with the kit might get me 3/4 of the way finished, more or less. I ordered another skein and for sure that will be enough to finish the blanket… (I hope)

Wishing you all a week of enjoyable projects.

  1. That’s going to be a huge, pretty blanket! Fingers crossed the new yarn matches the colors of the old ones–one of my cousins crocheted a table runner which ended up with three shades of orange due to batch differences! It looked intentional, though, so that turned out okay. 🙂

    • Thanks so much Anita,
It’s working out to be such a pretty afghan that I decided I wanted it larger like a blanket.
The new yarn came in and I’m so happy. It’s the same lot numbers and the same creamy color. I got really lucky with that.
Your cousins table runner sounds like it turned out well. It’s so great when it works out to look like it’s on purpose. 😊
