I bought Lucy a pink fuzzy warm suit and some pink snow-booties, in case the forecasted snowstorm comes and she wants to go outside to play. Unfortunately, she runs too fast to keep her booties on and slings them off. You can tell from the photo that her pink suit in a bit short for her long legs, but it will do, I think.
I finished crocheting my hat. It’s really warm and it will be a big help if we get any of the forecasted monster ice or snow.
I thought I’d pop in and say “howdy” in case a snow or ice storm hits and we lose our internet.
Sending you all wishes for a safe and warm rest of the week.
Hope your storm is not too bad!

Thanks Margy,
I doubt we get the blizzard they’ve forecast all week. However, I figure we’ll get enough mess to appreciate getting ready for a big one.❄️⛄

What a fun outfit for Lucy! – even if she didn’t like the booties. I love the hat you crocheted. I really like the color – tans and beiges are so “in” this winter.

Thanks so much Sheryl,
Lucy’s outfit is a bit snug on her. But I’m glad she had it for the snow.
I like tans and beiges, they’re my go-to colors. But now-and-then I get in the mood to wear bright colors, that’s my old-age showing. lol 😊

Did the suit eventually come in handy? Hope the weather’s improved now. Your hat is really cute, I hope you got to wear it, or if not, wear it soon. xx

Yes, Lucy was so cute in her suit in the snow.
I got to wear my hat quite a bit. Now, I’m ready for warm weather. 😊
