I had a request for the measurements of Martha Stewart Loom set when the pieces are made into long looms.
I discovered that 3 different size long looms can be made.
Here’s the peg count and loom lengths:

200 pegs
2 – 28 pegs half circles
4 – 6 pegs
4 – 12 pegs
2 – 36 pegs

168 pegs
4 – 6 pegs corner pieces

4 – 12 pegs
2 – 36 pegs
64 inches around

Long Loom 3:
164 pegs
2 – 10 pegs end pieces
4 – 6 pegs
4 – 12 pegs
2 – 36 pegs
63 inches around

Thinking about purchasing a Martha Stewart loom kit. But the big question I have what is the center to center gauge using they large pegs in every other hole. Looking at lest 3/4 gauge? Thanks

I’ve made a photo of the pegs and measurements and added it to the post.
The large pegs with skipping a space in between are 3/4 inch center of peg to center of peg.
The large pegs with skipping a space in between are 1/2 inch space between.
The small pegs with skipping a space in between are 9/16 inch space between.

I want to know using the large pegs skipping every other hole what combination do I use to make a 40×40 blanket because when I measure with the tape measure it doesn’t come out right. It’s so much bigger!

I wish I could help you. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to gauge the size.
My only suggestion would be to make a small sample piece, Spacing the pegs the way you want and using the desired yarn you want. Then measure the sample piece and that might help to give a better idea of how many pegs to use.
