It got down to 27° last night.
It was the first heavy frost of the season and
it pretty much done-in most of the plants around here.
Wishing you all warmth during this frosty time of year.

Oh no! I’m sure we are in for a good frost here soon. Not looking forward to it. We haven’t even gotten our leaves picked up yet.

Hi Ginny
I’m always sad when the plants die down with the cold.
I hope you get your leaves picked up and get ready for the frosty season. 🙂

Oh what a shame, those plants were healthy and gorgeous! Hope you get to see more of them again in the spring.

We got a fairly good frost here the other night as well but it was not a hard frost like you got. I am sure such frost is not far though. I caved in and turned my heater on yesterday!

Hi CW
Yep, sounds like a hard frost isn’t too far away for your region.
We caved in and turned on our heat too.
Take care and keep warm.
