There’s an old saying, in our neck-of-the-woods, that says, ‘snow lays at least once on daffodils’
Well, for this year, so far, the only precipitation that might be considered snowy was a few hours of the tiniest little ice beads that fell 3-4-2019 during the night. I went out early and took photos of the daffodils. The ice balls are hard to see in most of the photos.
I’ve decided to claim this as the ‘one snow on daffodils’ and be done with it for the year. :;
Are there any old-wives-tales like this for your region?
I hope you all have a sunshine filled rest of the week.

I could have picked a few, brought them inside, and tried to take some better photos. I just didn’t have the heart to pick them. To me, they’re out there trying so hard to cheer up the winter world. I leave them to grow and bloom and glow with hope for warmer days to come.

Wishing everyone warm weather
I went for a walk to see the signs of spring during our oddly warm days. I was surprised to see a buttefly. The weather has been gorgeous. The trees and flowers are budding and growing.
