Hat-Makings

I thought I’d give a try at making a hat by making my own pattern. I could have ordered a pattern, but that would be too convenient. 😊
The basic idea of how to make a pattern has been on my mind for a while now. Since I’m not working on nor planning a big project at the moment, I thought it was a good time to try my hat idea. I’ve got the hat-makings cut out and ready to sew together. After I get it made, I’ll post its final outcome good or bad. 🧵🪡

Unfinished Friday – Busywork blanket

Some folks post finished projects for a ‘Finished – Friday’.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a finished project.
So, I decided to do an ‘Unfinished Friday’ and post an update on my unfinished busywork blanket.

I have the panels finished but haven’t joined them together. I plan to get the blanket finished soon and post a finished update.

Latest Busywork Busy-V Blanket Update

I’ve decided to make a few changes to my latest Busywork Busy-V Blanket.
I’m using just 2 colors and making it a smaller throw.

It’s not as much fun making this throw (so far) as it was the other blankets.
The reason my enthusiasm is less this time, it’s been too cold and snowy for me to sit outside and crochet. :/
