I’ve discovered a new pumpkin pie recipe that my husband and I enjoy.
Unfortunately,
We love pie. I don’t enjoy the hassle of making or baking crusts, (nor using premade ones) so when I came across this ‘Betty Crocker – Impossibly Easy Pumpkin Pie’ I knew it was worth a try.
It’s firm and more savory and not very sweet. It bakes up beautifully… And it’s crustless!
I’ve made a couple of these tasty pies over the last month and they both disappeared in less than 24 hours. lol
Wishing you all a terrific rest of the holiday season.
What a great idea! Easy and delicious is a winning combo 🙂

This is a Weight Watchers favorite, E.C. I made the crustless pumpkin pie too, but I used stevia instead of sugar. In May, I went sugar-free and flour-free. I’ve lost 28 pounds and feel great! My doctor was very happy. Merry Christmas to you both! ❤️

Thanks so much Colleen,
Oh my goodness, using Stevia is such a good idea. I wouldn’t have thought of it. I’ve added it to my grocery list. Thanks so much for the helpful hint.
Congratulations on your weight loss, that’s great success. 😊🥧
I hope you and your husband had a wonderful Christmas. 🎄🎅🧑🎄

Thanks E.C. My recipe is more of a custard pumpkin pie. I add almond milk and two eggs. No crust, no flour. Even my husband loves it! Happy New Year, my friend. 💜🥳
