Work In Progress – Busy-Work Blanket

My work in progress at the moment is what I call busy-work. It’s a simple crochet v-stitch pattern made up in strips. I can work on the strips any where, anytime outside, inside, in a car, lobby and so on. After the strips are finished, I’ll join them and have a large blanket. Not that I need it, but I enjoy working on it. It won’t be long now.

Wishing you all enjoyable busy-work projects.

  1. That’s a smart project, E.C.! For some reason, I only recall Granny squares when I think of assembled blankets. 🙂 Your finished strips and the schematic for assembly look so good, and I’m waiting to see the blanket when done.

    • Thanks so much Anita,
I love granny-squares. I thought about using them. My inspiration for the strips was my temperature blanket, but on a wider scale. The v-stitch is easy and goes quickly. Hopefully, I’ll be posting an update soon. 🙂
