We started 2025 year off with diamond paintings . My husband is faster at the DP art than I am. He’s already finished his picture of kitchen paraphernalia. I’m about 3/4 way through with mine. I like the watering can with sunflowers.
Sending warm thoughts and
Wishing you all a happy crafting Wednesday!
Thanks so much Colleen, Thanks for asking about how the pictures are created. This picture are made with tiny resin disks instead of paint dots. I’m making a blog post right now of a brief overview about diamond painting. Hopefully, I’ll get it posted withing the hour. If you want to take a gander at it. Wishing you a happy new year of creating too! ❤️🖼️
Diamond painting looks like so much fun! I’m on a mission to get more in touch with my creative side in 2025. I refinish cabinets for a living so I do get lots of time with a paint brush changing up the colors of cabinets, but I want to make more cute things like a diamond painting of sunflowers 🙂 I hope I can get my husband on board with things like this too. They look like a ton of fun!
Hello N-Hance of Greenville,
Welcome to my blog.
refinishing cabinets and working with painting them, is a wonderful hobby or job to have.
Diamond Painting isn’t done with paint. The picture is created using resin disks that stick to the canvas.
I’ve made a new post overview of how it’s basically done. If you would want, you’re welcome to check it out. It’s my next post after this one.
Thanks so much for visiting and leaving me a happy comment.
I hope you’ll visit again some time.
