Well, 3 modems and 4 routers later… we finally seem to have a smooth running internet connection. Hopefully, I can get caught up with my internet-doings and put these aggravating internet issues far in the back of my mind (for a month or two).
Now maybe I can enjoy my new laptop good-n-proper. 😉

So far so good…
I’ve been able to reply several comments in a row without being kicked-off line, so hopefully the issues are resolved.
